Requesting a Donation

We receive many donation requests each year. To assist us in evaluating your donation request please follow these simple instructions:

1. Submit your request in writing to Columbia Valley Credit Union. You can drop off a letter, or complete a donation application .
2. Include the name of your organization and the purpose for the donation.
3. If your request is time sensitive please include any cut off dates as required.
4. If the donation will help support an event please include the event date and location.
5. If your organization will be recognizing the donation please include details of the recognition provided.
